Gymnastics babies walk early than their peers
Gymnastics started in infancy, has a positive effect on both physical and mental development. Sitting, muscle development, hand skills are earlier and stronger than the peers of the exercising babies. Gymnastics also provides coordination between sitting and walking. Exercises for babies between 6 and 12 months
